The couch now faces east

I rearranged my livingroom today. If you haven't been to my house in 7 months, you won't notice a difference. It has returned to it's pre-July 2005 configuration. This move was to serve two purposes; the windows put a glare across the tv screen and the way the couch is configured leads to... you know what, this is ridiculous. Who cares why I'm moving my tv? What the hell is going on in my head that makes me believe others care about the reasons my tv now faces south? I do know that the public does want to know THAT my tv has moved, but it's a ridiculous assumption on my part to think the public wants to know WHY. I'm sorry I started to waste your time there. But I did recover before completing the thought.

Interesting... the North is associated with wisdom in some cultures. If your TV is facing south, it looks as though your sensei plugs into the wall. I knew MTV held a special place in your heart, but now everything is beginning to makes sense.
