Today I woke up and felt like a million bucks. For the last 10 weeks I've felt like crap because of the pollen in the air here. My body is not used to this, even though I've lived here 17 months now. We didn't have pollen in Colorado. But there were lots of pine trees. I don't quite understand that. Where I work I am surrounded by pines trees and I'm pretty sure it's the pine pollen that is getting under my contact lenses and causing my eyes to itch as worse as all get out. That's one of the dumbest phrases ever - " as all get out". I'm never using using it again. I don't know where I picked that up. But it's gone now.

It's quite clear that you are not even the least bit familiar with the phrase in question. There was absolutely no reason to include "as worse as".
Please don't speak the jargon if you don't know when two use it.
