My backyard is taking on the look of a golf course. I'm responsible for the lower part of the yard - the bermuda grass. That little brown patch amidst the darker green strip at the top is part of the neighborhood landscaping. My HOA dues pay for that to be maintained. My grass looks better than theirs... and they've got the power of the Fair Haven neighborhood landscapers at their disposal.

You gotta make sure your grass doesn't get too long...it's land lobster season.
The grass isnt always greener on the other side. Tee hee.
