Advice - if you have a pot of apple cider on the stove, next to a skillet of pork that is getting ready to be put into a green chili sauce, be sure to grab the right spoon when stirring. Pork grease floats in a pot of apple cider & rum. So you either have to throw it out, or own up to it and add pork directly into your drink, as if you meant it all to happen in the first place.
