Well, the neighbor finally got his place rented. A family of six moved in. Actually it's a family of seven if you include the dog. I just found out about the dog tonight. They've been here a week and I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw no evidence of a dog on their move-in day. My luck has run out I guess. It's a little thing that doesn't bark too loud or too often, but it did interupt my Bob Ross nap this afternoon.
