The airline industry is a changin'

Today's blog is educational in nature. While it is intend primarily for the education of a friend of mine who is flying to Denver today and has not flown in quite some time, I think the general readership will gain some insight here as well.

There are some new rules that have been implemented over the last few years..
1. Unlike in the past, you are no longer allowed to bum rush the cockpit doors
2. Extra luggage may cost you
3. Each person is asked twice, before the boarding process begins, to go poopy. This helps the airlines save fuel.
4. In-flight magazines no longer contain articles about controversial subjects, or any interesting subjects for that matter.
5. The flight attendants have reverted back to being called stewardesses - even the dudes.
6. If you are older than 50, you must do a crossword puzzle before landing. If you are younger than 30, you must do a sudoku puzzle. People aged 30 - 49 can simply stare out the window.

Good luck, my friend.

Who's your friend flying to Denver? A random mention is not proof of friends.
