I tried out the kayaks in the Atlantic Ocean over the weekend. These things performed like a champ. It flipped me out many times, so deep ocean excursions during hurricanes are out of the question. That is unless I have a crew with me - like from National Geographic or Extreme Ocean Kayak Makeover.
