It took 6 hours to get to San Francisco, 2 hours for the layover, then 14 more hours to fly over the Pacific Ocean. I was in bed at 4:29AM on Saturday in Charlotte, and next rested my head on a pillow at 10:30PM on Sunday in Shanghai. Granted we crossed over the international date line, but it was still a pretty long day. I went to bed when the locals did, after having some of the best sushi of my life, then woke up perky and ready to go this morning. Jet lag smet lag.
Tonight I'll be in Suzhou, and again tomorrow, then Qingdao, then two days in Beijing. Like you care huh? Please care. This is pretty cool stuff here.
The convenience store across the street has 4 shelves with foreign items on it. They have Budweiser on the USA shelf, but they have Corona on the UK shelf. Mexico got the shaft.
