Today on the way home from work, I stopped off at the Food Lion to get some some dinner to bring back to my hotel room. I'm tired of eating out. Food Lion is a grocery store here in Charlotte. I bought a salad and some hot wings from the deli and a 4 pack of Sutter Home wine bottles. They sell wine in grocery stores here. When I got to the hotel, adjacent to the Food Lion, I noticed they had a happy hour thing set up, featuring hot wings, wine, and veges & dip.
At least I got to see what a Food Lion looks like. It looks like a regular grocery store, except they sell wine too. And grits.
What's up with the picture? I tried to load this twice. Enough already. It was a food lion. You would have enjoyed it.

Where are you living? Every grocery store that I have been to, sells wine. My, how sheltered you have been.

FYI - We have Piggly Wigglies in Wisconsin, and we also sell wine, beer, and hard liquor at ALL grocery stores...yet another reason why it is such a great state
